Day is written in English (mon, tue, wed…) but date format can be set as MM-DD or DD-MM. I’m very satisfied, quality looks good, the watch is heavy. The silicone watchstrap may be a little weak for a daily hard use… I don’t use it for enough time by now. User manual says the CR2032 battery can last for 18 months.
